California is an amazing place and San Diego is a very desirable place to raise a family. After moving to San Diego, my wife and I fell in love with San Diego and decided to live here for the rest of our lives. So we decided to buy a home in San Diego.

About a year prior to working with you, I had hired a real estate agent to help us with the process of buying a home. After spending six months in the market and wasting time, energy, and money, I realized that I was not ready to buy a property using only my knowledge and my agent was not experienced enough to help us. As real estate advisor, you met all our requirements.

I don't know where to start to explain about your skills, personality, knowledge, dedication, and reliability. You are a very hard-working man and I believe that your motto of “100% client satisfaction” is very true. We are very happy about your honesty, intelligence, and thorough knowledge of real estate. No wonder why you have owned more than 20 properties. We were impressed with your knowledge, not only about the home-buying process, but also your knowledge about maintaining a home. The service providers that you recommended, such as the home inspector and furnace inspector, were also excellent.

We have learned that anyone buying a property needs to analyze a neighborhood, reputation of the school district, convenience to shopping, property valuation, safety, etc. A buyer also needs to know about the real estate market, future potential of the investment, the steps in the buying process, laws, etc. So, a buyer needs to do a lot of studying. He also needs a real estate advisor who is not only a real estate agent but also a person who can advise through every step of the home-buying process.

Thank you very much for helping us find the right property, providing your knowledge about the property, neighborhood, and safety features, recommending professionals to complete each step smoothly, and helping us save money, such as on the closing costs, throughout the buying process.
