Personal Letter
In today’s real estate market in which many buyers are competing for the same home, one way to distinguish your offer is to include a personal letter to the seller describing how much you like the property and how it will make a great home for you. We are interested in purchasing your home at 123 Glenwood Lane. We think that it will make a very comfortable home for us and our one-year-old child, Francisco.
We both work locally and your house is near our places of work, which will make for a convenient commute to and from work.
We like the 4S Ranch area because it is a newer, well-planned, and family-oriented community and has highly-rated schools.
We are currently renting a small attached home that is too small for our needs. Also, we would like a nice yard for Francisco to play in and a patio for family gatherings.
When we walked up to your home, we were impressed with its architecture and exterior condition. Upon entering your home, we were impressed with the floor plan and well-maintained condition.
