The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute professional certification is available only to members of the local, state and National Association of REALTORS®. The GRI designation is granted through the California Association of REALTORS® whose courses of study meet the standards established by the National Association of REALTORS®.
The REALTOR® Institute professional certification training program requires 92 hours of live course instruction from a state-wide faculty of real estate experts especially selected because of their extensive experience in their particular area of real estate specialization.
